We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Associate to join our expanding team. This is a commission-based role where your income potential is directly tied to your own marketing results.
In this business development position, you will take ownership of sales campaigns to promote our financial services and acquire new client accounts. Responsibilities include executing social media promotions, email marketing, events, outbound calls/emails, and tracking campaign success in our CRM.
We need a creative marketer who can develop targeted campaigns and consistently expand our client base through high-quality lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage promotions highlighting our key financial services
- Design and distribute email newsletter campaigns focused on conversions
- Make outbound calls and emails to engage potential new clients
- Assist in planning marketing events and networking opportunities
- Track and analyze campaign metrics to optimize future performance
Requirements
- 1+ years in marketing, sales, or related business development
- Proficient with MS Office, marketing technology/CRM platforms
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Organized and able to drive results independently
- Associate degree preferred
