Refund Policy

All sales are final once an engagement letter is signed. Please review these terms carefully before engaging our services.

Important Notice

All fees paid to Diversify Management, LLC are non-refundable once an engagement letter has been executed. Please read this policy in full before signing any service agreement.

No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once a client has executed an engagement letter or service agreement with Diversify Management, LLC, no refunds will be issued — regardless of whether services have been fully delivered, partially delivered, or are in progress. By signing an engagement letter, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Retainer Fees

Monthly retainer fees paid in advance for ongoing services are non-refundable. Retainers secure dedicated time, resources, and availability for the client during the applicable billing period. Unused retainer hours or services within a billing period do not carry over and are not eligible for refund or credit.

Project-Based Fees

Fees for project-based or one-time engagements are non-refundable once the engagement letter has been signed. This applies whether the project has commenced, is partially complete, or has been completed in full.

Pre-Engagement Cancellations

If a client wishes to cancel before an engagement letter has been signed and before any work has commenced, no fees will be charged. Once the engagement letter is executed, the no-refund policy applies in full.

Disputes & Concerns

If you have a concern about the quality or scope of services delivered, we encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected]. We are committed to delivering value and will work in good faith to address legitimate service concerns, which may include additional work, clarification, or other remedies at our discretion — but will not include monetary refunds.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for services rendered under a signed engagement letter is a violation of this policy and your service agreement. Diversify Management, LLC reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts and associated fees through all available legal remedies.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. The policy in effect at the time your engagement letter is signed governs your engagement.
